1. Cancelling your plan

Klino plans are annual and do not auto-renew, so there is nothing to cancel to avoid a future charge — a plan simply ends at the close of its one-year term unless you choose to renew. You can stop using the Service at any time.

2. Refunds

If a payment fails, is charged in error, or is duplicated, contact us within 7 days and we will investigate and refund any incorrect charge in full.

For a plan you paid for and no longer want, email us within 7 days of purchase and we will consider a refund, provided the plan's paid features (such as additional branches) have not been substantially used. Refunds are not available once a plan term is largely consumed.

3. How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method via Razorpay and typically reach your account within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank.

4. How to request

Email support@klino.in from your account email with your order details. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
