1. Who we are
Klino ("Klino", "we", "us") is a loyalty platform for local businesses, operated by Klino Software, Baner, Pune - 411 045. This website (klino.in) and the Klino merchant dashboard are together the "Service". By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
2. What the Service does
Klino lets a business run a digital loyalty program: stamp cards, scratch rewards, a branded business page, a customer database, staff-approved redemptions, and basic fraud controls. Your customers ("guests") join and collect rewards from their phone browser by scanning a QR code or opening a link — no app install.
3. Accounts
You sign in with your email using a one-time code. You are responsible for keeping access to that email secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 and authorised to act for the business you register.
4. Plans, pricing & payment
- Klino is sold as an annual plan. Prices are shown on our pricing page in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of any taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store your full card or bank details; those are handled by the payment provider.
- A plan is valid for one year from the date of successful payment. Plans do not auto-renew — you choose to renew when the term ends.
- You can start and use the Service with a single branch at no cost. Paid plans unlock higher branch limits and additional features described on the pricing page.
5. Your responsibilities to your guests
The rewards, offers and prices you set up in Klino are your commitment to your own customers. You are responsible for honouring them and for the accuracy of the content on your business page. Klino provides the tools; the loyalty offer is between you and your guests.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service for anything unlawful, misleading, or that infringes others' rights;
- attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Service;
- upload content you don't have the rights to, or that is offensive or illegal;
- use the Service to send spam or to collect data beyond what your guests reasonably expect.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules or that put the Service or other users at risk.
7. Intellectual property
The Klino software, brand and design remain ours. The business name, logo and content you upload remain yours; you grant us the limited licence needed to host and display them so the Service can function.
8. Availability & changes
We work to keep the Service available and improve it over time. Features may change, and we may occasionally need to pause the Service for maintenance. We aren't liable for issues outside our reasonable control (for example, network or third-party provider outages).
9. Liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost customers.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. See our Refunds & Cancellations page for how cancellations and refunds work.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pune, Maharashtra, India, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts there.
